According to the NHC Notice of No.5, 2022 on Three New Food (new food raw material, new food additive, and new food-related product) issued by National Health Commission, the following 3 new food additives have been added to the GB 2760-2014 database:
1. One new food enzyme preparation: Lactase
2. Expanded scope of use for two: Tomato red, carmine cochineal
