2. List of Strains Available in Food: 1 new strain

• Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. cremoris

3. GB 2760-2014 Database: 3 new varieties of food additives

• Serine protease (new food enzyme preparation)
• Calcium lactate (expanded the scope of use)
• Sanzan Gum (expanded the scope of use)

4. GB 14880-201 Database: 3 new nutrition enhancer

• Magnesium lactate
• 2’-fucosyllactose，2’-FL
• Lacto-N-neotetraose, LNnT
